Maintaining the team of 60 Plus workforce
Know how about process of spice or handling of equipment such as pulverizer / hammer mill, sigma mixer, planetary mixer, cyclone filter, etc
Implementing hygiene factors and ensure effective implementation of the same
Coordinating with team of QA, Maintenance, Stores and Logistics for smooth operation of the plant
Attending audit of food safety department (fssai) and FDA as well
Ensure machine uptime up to 95 %
Ensure the implementation of ISO 22000 / food safety management system (FSMS) or HACCP principles
Ensure proper stock reconciliation of the material
Liaison with external sources of statutory & regulatory departments. Also with OEM, Original equipment manufacturers
On time closing of any Non conformity report which is arising from QA department
Daily circulate MIS (Management Information report) to top management
