Your request for availing constitutes your offer which shall be subject to the terms & conditions as listed below. RFDPL may share all such information that it has in its possession for its own purposes including sending promotional mailers etc and in response to legal process, such as a court order or subpoena.
The user undertakes that he/she will not disseminate false/objectionable/offensive material using these services.
RFDPL would not be held liable for loss of any data technical or otherwise, and particulars supplied by subscribers due to reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond RFDPL's reasonable control including but not limited to strikes, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, war and natural calamities. RFDPL will commence providing services only upon receipt of amount/charges upfront either from subscriber or from a third party on behalf of the subscriber.
This subscription is not transferable i.e. it is for the same person throughout the period of subscription.
The liability, if any, of RFDPL is limited to the extent of the amount paid by the subscriber.
The subscriber shall be assigned password (s) by RFDPL to enable the subscriber to access all the information received through its site Reverijobs.com, but the sole responsibility of the safe custody of the password shall be that of the subscriber and RFDPL shall not be responsible for data loss/theft or data/corruption or the wrong usage/misuse of the password and any damage or leak of information and its consequential usage by a third party. RFDPL undertakes to take all reasonable precautions at its end to ensure that there is no leakage/misuse of the password granted to the subscriber.
The subscriber undertakes that the data/information provided by him is true and correct in all respects.
RFDPL may at any time modify the terms and conditions (“Terms”) of the service without any prior notification to you. You can access the latest version of the terms at any given time. You should regularly\ review the terms. In the event wherein the modified terms are not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you agree to accept and abide by the modified terms. Your use of a site after any amendment to the term of use shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and you also agree to be bound by any such changes/revisions.

IF you agree to provide credit card details etc. You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services offered by RFDPL will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you. You represent that you have valid rights and title in any and all Contents/ Credit card details that you submit on the site, that you have not infringed on any right over the same belonging to any part and further that you will indemnify RFDPL or its affiliates for all claims arising out of any content/ Credit details that you post on the site. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to RFDPL . RFDPL will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user.
You acknowledge and agree that RFDPL may preserve content and the said information will not be utilized and share or disclosed by RFDPL with any third party unless required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
The payment for service once subscribed to by the subscriber is not refundable and any amount paid shall stand appropriated.
Cancellation and refund of fee/ charges once made to RFDPL with credit card details etc, at User’s request, shall not be allowed under any circumstances.
None of the provisions of the user agreement shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between you and RFDPL and you shall have no authority to bind RFDPL in any manner, whatsoever.
This agreement and the relationship between you and RFDPL shall be is governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Pune, India, in all dispute arising out of or relating to the use of the sites/ services.
Without prejudice to any provisions in the terms and conditions herein, any dispute or difference arising out of or touching this agreement shall be settled amicably in the first instance. Unresolved disputes or differences shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator to be appointed/ nominated by RFDPL. The arbitration shall be governed by the (INDIAN) Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and any modifications thereon and rules made thereunder and the law governing the same shall be Indian Laws. The seat of arbitration shall be at Pune or at the sole discretion of the RFDPL.
You shall indemnify and hold harmless RFDPL and its respective officers, directors, agent, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of these terms and conditions.
By Using reverijopbs.com sites and services, you signify your acceptance of this privacy statement. If you do not agree or are not comfortable with any policy described in this privacy statement, your only remedy is to discontinued use of our sites. We reserve the right, to modify this privacy statement at any time.
