To conduct analytical testing of food products, with a focus on spices, using appropriate laboratory techniques and equipment.
TO execute microbiology testing, including microbial and chemical parameter testing of food and water samples.
To Maintain protocols and documentation related to microbiology testing and ensure compliance with ISO 22000 standards.
TO handle quality assurance (QA) equipment and measuring devices, ensuring their proper calibration and maintenance.
To possess knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and apply it to the food testing process.
To demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing quality manuals and other relevant documents.
TO Understand and apply quality concepts, working on a continual improvement basis to enhance testing protocols and accuracy.
TO provide training to workers on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), and HACCP principles.
To possess good computer skills to input and manage testing data accurately.
