Job Description

  • To conduct analytical testing of food products, with a focus on spices, using appropriate laboratory techniques and equipment.
  • TO execute microbiology testing, including microbial and chemical parameter testing of food and water samples.
  • To Maintain protocols and documentation related to microbiology testing and ensure compliance with ISO 22000 standards.
  • TO handle quality assurance (QA) equipment and measuring devices, ensuring their proper calibration and maintenance.
  • To possess knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and apply it to the food testing process.
  • To demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing quality manuals and other relevant documents.
  • TO Understand and apply quality concepts, working on a continual improvement basis to enhance testing protocols and accuracy.
  • TO provide training to workers on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), and HACCP principles.
  • To possess good computer skills to input and manage testing data accurately.
