To support the Quality Control team in monitoring and maintaining product quality, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards during manufacturing and packaging.
Perform routine quality checks of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
Ensure products comply with FSSAI, GMP, and internal specifications.
Monitor hygiene and sanitation on the shop floor.
Maintain proper documentation and records of test results.
Assist in handling non-conformance issues and corrective actions.
Calibrate and maintain lab instruments and equipment.
Support internal and external audits (FSSAI, ISO, etc.).
B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or relevant field.
1–2 years of experience in a food manufacturing setup.
Working knowledge of lab equipment and quality standards.
Strong attention to detail and documentation.
Familiarity with FSSAI norms and food safety practices.
